The Role
Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Deal Flow & Strategy Analysts. This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through Initio Sphere’s certification and verification process.
Deal Flow & Strategy Analysts focus on sourcing, evaluating, and supporting investments while providing strategic insight to maximize portfolio and fund performance. Once approved, analysts are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform, gain access to live deal flow and paid strategic analysis work, and support investors, fund managers, and operators by identifying opportunities, analyzing transaction potential, and providing strategic recommendations.
Analysts build a verified track record of deal sourcing and strategic evaluation along with an Analyst Rating Score. This score determines platform visibility, access to deals, approved work categories, and recommended hourly rates. Scores are updated based on accuracy, thoroughness, and feedback from investors and fund managers.
How Analysts Start Earning

- Begin earning immediately through hourly projects and live deal work
