The Role
Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Deal Assurance Analysts. This is not a traditional employment role; analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through Initio Sphere’s certification and verification process.
Once approved, analysts are promoted within the platform, gain access to real deal flow, and support investors, fund managers, and operators by reviewing transaction quality, compliance, and risk exposure. This role allows you to build a verified deal track record and an Analyst Rating Score.
How It Works
Analysts start earning by completing the Deal Assurance Certification Assessment or approved training, receiving category-specific approvals, and getting verified on the platform. There is no cold applying and no unpaid experience required. Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors.
To qualify, candidates must meet at least one of the following: score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment, complete Initio Sphere Financial Training, or hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent).
