As a Warehouse Worker, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring the seamless flow of goods from receiving to shipping. Your role is critical in meeting our facility's productivity and quality goals while upholding the high standards our chefs expect. You will work within a fast-paced environment where precision and safety are paramount.
In this position, you will interpret production schedules and customer orders to determine the necessary items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. Your day will involve sorting and breaking down products by SKU, quantity, and type, as well as assembling customer orders onto pallets or shelves for the loading dock. You will be responsible for the proper handling of all company-issued equipment, including PPE and voice communication devices, and must adhere to strict safety practices regarding truck and trailer pull processes. Effective communication with receivers, drivers, and forklift operators is essential to maintaining the rhythm of the warehouse.
