Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMeet or exceed net sales and margin goals
- check_circleSupport high-value accounts by partnering with Account Managers to secure projects
- check_circleManage multiple lead channels including hunt lines, loaded leads, web leads, and chat
- check_circleDevelop and maintain strong knowledge of specialized product offerings and pricing
- check_circleMeet phone time and dial expectations to stay consistently engaged with customers
- check_circleManage and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline in the company CRM
- check_circleEducate customers on relevant product features and benefits based on category needs
- check_circleIncrease net sales and share of wallet through consolidation efforts and trusted advisor relationships
- check_circleCollaborate with cross-functional partners such as sales teams, merchants, and vendors
- check_circleDrive high conversion rates of opportunities within approved margin guidelines
Requirements

- verifiedAt least 12 months of relevant experience in sales or customer service
