About the Role
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the bridge between our sales teams and our customers. This role exists to drive high conversion rates and exceed net sales goals by managing multiple lead channels, including hunt lines, loaded leads, web leads, and chat. You will partner closely with Account Managers and Key Account Managers to support high-value accounts, securing both one-time and recurring projects.
In this position, you will act as a trusted advisor, educating customers on relevant Quill.com features and benefits based on their specific category needs. Your day will involve developing a deep knowledge of our specialized product offerings and pricing, managing a healthy opportunity pipeline in our CRM, and collaborating with cross-functional partners such as merchants and vendors. It is an ideal opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys a sales-driven environment and wants to positively influence team culture while helping customers increase their share of wallet through consolidation efforts.

Requirements
