About the Role

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the bridge between our customers and our specialized product offerings. You will partner closely with sales teams and internal business units to support both new and existing customers, helping them discover the right solutions while positioning Quill to win profitable deals. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment, enjoys consultative conversations, and wants to make a measurable impact on customer success.

In this position, you will manage multiple lead channels, including hunt lines, loaded leads, web leads, and chat. You will collaborate with Account Managers and Key Account Managers to secure one-time and recurring projects for high-value accounts. Your day will involve educating customers on relevant Quill features and benefits, increasing net sales through consolidation efforts, and maintaining a healthy opportunity pipeline in our CRM. You will be a trusted advisor, using your persistence and resilience to handle challenges and keep moving forward.
