About the Role

Amazon is seeking Work From Home Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with orders, returns, refunds, account issues, delivery questions, and general customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email support. You will be responsible for resolving customer concerns, processing returns and refunds, tracking packages, updating customer accounts, and documenting customer interactions. Above all, you will provide professional and friendly customer service while meeting performance and quality standards.
