What You Will Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of Amazon for our customers. You will assist with orders, returns, refunds, account issues, delivery questions, and general customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email support. Your primary responsibility is to resolve customer concerns efficiently while providing professional and friendly service.
Day in the Life
In this role, you will process returns and refunds, track packages, and update customer accounts as needed. You will also document customer interactions to ensure accurate records and maintain high performance and quality standards. Your ability to handle multiple communication channels will be key to your success in supporting our customers effectively.
