About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of the store, greeting customers and ensuring they have a positive experience. This role is designed for those who desire to be challenged and grow their career. You will enjoy a variety of tasks, including running the register, making purchase suggestions, and assisting with the food program. There is never a dull moment as you will move around the store, both inside and out, to support daily operations.
You will interact with many customers daily while working with an energetic team to accomplish daily goals. The role requires providing regular and predictable onsite attendance in a setting that values quick thinking, problem-solving, and friendly conversation.
