About the Role

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will partner closely with sales teams and internal business units to support both new and existing customers. Your primary goal is to help clients discover the right solutions while positioning Quill to win profitable deals. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment, enjoys consultative conversations, and wants to make a measurable impact on customer success. You will manage multiple lead channels, from hunt lines to web leads, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to educate customers on relevant features and benefits. By acting as a trusted advisor, you will increase net sales and share of wallet through consolidation efforts and strong relationship building.
