About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at Wilson Company, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our prospects and customers, ensuring service excellence by accurately and efficiently fulfilling their fluid power needs. You will act as a vital link between our outside sales teams, procurement departments, and suppliers, working in partnership to grow our business with existing clients and drive new customer acquisition.
In this role, you will not only manage the transactional aspects of orders but also assume the role of a product specialist for specific product lines, including cylinders, pumps, and hydraulic valves. Your day-to-day involves solving complex customer application problems, cross-referencing competitive products, and ensuring that every order is expedited and tracked with precision. Beyond the desk, you may occasionally visit customer sites alongside field representatives or assist with retail and warehouse activities, such as picking, packing, and cycle counting, to support our operational goals.
