About the Role
This position is focused on wireless sales, where you will handle mainly inbound calls from individuals looking to purchase wireless devices and services for businesses. You will deliver world-class customer service, utilizing product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with both empathy and efficiency. Expect a cooperative environment where you can learn, grow, and advance while processing orders, updating accounts, and maintaining strong attention to detail.
