About the Role

Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in the front-end store operations by assisting members with their purchases, returns, and general inquiries, and membership services. You will be the face of Costco, ensuring every member receives excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and organized environment.
