Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for greeting members, operating cash registers, and processing payments. Your day will involve assisting customers with returns and exchanges, checking receipts at the exit, and answering general store questions. You will also play a key role in membership services by assisting with sign-ups and renewals. Throughout your shift, you will maintain a clean and organized front-end area, following Costco's customer service procedures and cash handling policies.
