Customer Service Associates/Cashier

About the Role

Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to join our team and assist members with purchases, returns, and front-end store operations. This position is central to maintaining the high standard of service Costco is known for, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for all visitors.

Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for many members. Your day will involve greeting members, operating cash registers, and processing payments efficiently. You will assist customers with returns and exchanges, check receipts at the exit, and answer general store questions. Additionally, you may help members with membership sign-ups and renewals. A key part of your role is maintaining a clean and organized front-end area while adhering to Costco's customer service procedures and cash handling policies.
