Customer Service Associates/Cashier

About the Role

Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to serve-oriented Customer Service Associates to assist members with purchases, returns, and front-end store operations. This role is central to maintaining the high standard of service and organization that defines the Costco experience. Associates are responsible for greeting members, operating cash registers, processing payments, and assisting with returns and exchanges. The position also involves checking receipts at the exit, assisting customers with membership questions, and maintaining a clean and organized front-end area. Associates may also assist with membership sign-ups, membership renewals, and helping members with general store questions.
