Day in the Life
Associates are expected to work efficiently and adapt to the needs of the store. A typical shift may involve operating the cash register, assisting customers with questions, and ensuring accurate transactions, and maintaining store presentation standards. The role requires physical activity, including unloading deliveries, organizing merchandise, and operating pallet jacks. Employees must be able to rotate inventory and keep store areas clean and organized.
