About the Role
ALDI is seeking Customer Service Associates to support for daily store operations in a fast-paced grocery store environment. This position supports the daily operations of a fast-paced grocery store. Associates play a vital role in maintaining store efficiency and presentation standards, ensuring a positive experience for customers and a well-organized store for the team.
Day in the Life
This role is dynamic, with employees often working in multiple areas of the store during a single shift. You will operate the cash register, assisting customers with questions, and handle cash and card transactions, and scanning items quickly and accurately. You will also stock shelves, rotate inventory, and help maintain store presentation standards. Additionally, you may be involved in unloading deliveries, organizing merchandise, and operating pallet jacks to keep the store running smoothly.
