About the Role
Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you will be the face of Costco, assisting members with their purchases, returns, and front-end store operations. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and organized front-end area.
Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Associate, your day will involve greeting members, operating cash registers, and processing payments, and assisting with returns and exchanges. You will also check receipts at the exit, answer membership questions, and help with membership sign-ups and renewals. Additionally, you will assist members with general store questions and maintain the organization and cleanliness of the front-end area.
