About the Role
ALDI is seeking Customer Service Associates to join our team and support daily store operations in a fast-paced grocery store environment. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic settings and are eager to contribute to the efficiency and presentation of our stores.
Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Associate, you will wear many hats throughout your shift. You will operate the cash register, ensuring items are scanned quickly and accurately while handling cash and card transactions with precision. You will also assist customers with questions, providing friendly and efficient service.
Beyond the register, you will play a key role in maintaining store standards. This includes stocking shelves, rotating inventory, unloading deliveries, and organizing merchandise. You may be required to operate pallet jacks and help maintain store presentation standards by cleaning store areas and ensuring the floor is safe and tidy. Employees are expected to work efficiently, follow company procedures, and assist in multiple areas of the store as needed, including cashiering, stocking, and general store support.

Compensation and Benefits
This position typically pays $17 to $23 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, holiday pay, and performance-based wage increases.
