Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Associate, you will work across multiple areas of the store, including cashiering, stocking, and general store support. Your day may involve operating the cash register, assisting customers with questions, and handling transactions. You will also be responsible for stocking shelves, rotating inventory, unloading deliveries, and organizing merchandise. Additionally, you may operate pallet jacks and assist with cleaning store areas to maintain a safe and inviting environment for shoppers.
