Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will greet members warmly and assist them with purchases, returns, and exchanges. Your day will involve operating cash registers, processing payments, and checking receipts at the exit. You will also be a resource for members, answering questions about membership services, renewals, and general store information. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front-end area is a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that Costco's high standards are met at all times.
