Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will wear multiple hats throughout your shift, ensuring the store runs smoothly from opening to closing. Your day may involve operating the cash register, scanning items quickly and accurately, and handling cash and card transactions with precision. You will also assist customers with questions, providing friendly and efficient service.

Beyond the register, you will play a key role in maintaining store presentation and inventory standards. This includes stocking shelves, rotating inventory, unloading deliveries, and organizing merchandise. You may be required to operate pallet jacks and help unload pallets, ensuring that products are available for shoppers. Additionally, you will assist in cleaning store areas and maintaining overall store efficiency standards.
