About the Role

ALDI is seeking Customer Service Associates to support for daily store operations in a fast-paced grocery store environment. This role serves as a vital link in our fast-paced grocery operations, ensuring that our stores remain efficient, well-stocked, and welcoming for our customers. As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a multifaceted role within the team, supporting the store through cashiering, stocking, and general store support duties, and maintaining high presentation standards.

Day in the Life

No two shifts are exactly alike. You will be expected to work efficiently across multiple areas of the store. During your shift, you might start by unloading deliveries and organizing merchandise on the shelves, ensuring inventory is fresh and properly rotated. You may operate pallet jacks and assist with heavy lifting to keep the backroom and sales floor organized.

When not stocking, you will assist customers by answering questions, providing product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will operate the cash register, scanning items quickly and accurately while handling cash and card transactions with care. Throughout the day, you will help maintain store cleanliness and efficiency standards, contributing to a smooth operation for both customers and colleagues.
