About the Role

Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to assist members with purchases, returns, and front-end store operations. This role is central to the member experience, ensuring smooth front-end store operations and providing excellent customer service. Associates are responsible for greeting members, processing transactions, handling returns, and maintaining a clean and organized front-end area. This position typically pays $17 to $22 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, Sunday premium pay, holiday pay, and performance-based raises.
