About the Role

ALDI is seeking Customer Service Associates to join our team in a fast-paced grocery store environment. This role is essential for supporting daily store operations, ensuring a positive experience for customers, and maintaining the high standards of efficiency and presentation that ALDI is known for.

Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will wear many hats throughout your shift. You will operate the cash register, scanning items quickly and accurately while handling cash and card transactions. You will also assist customers with questions and provide excellent service.

Beyond the register, you will play a key role in keeping the store stocked and organized. This includes unloading deliveries, organizing merchandise, rotating inventory, and stocking shelves. You may also be required to operate pallet jacks and help maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards. Employees are expected to work efficiently, follow company procedures, and assist in multiple areas of the store as needed.
