About the Role

ALDI is seeking Customer Service Associates to support-oriented Customer Service Associates to drive daily store operations in a fast-paced grocery environment. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic setting and are eager to contribute to the efficiency and presentation of the store.

Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will wear many hats throughout your shift. You will be responsible for operating the cash register, ensuring quick and accurate scanning of items, and handling both cash and card transactions with precision. Beyond the register, you will assist customers with questions and provide a welcoming shopping experience.

Your responsibilities also extend to the back-of-house and sales floor. You will unload deliveries, organize merchandise, and stock shelves, ensuring inventory is rotated and presented according to ALDI standards. This may involve operating pallet jacks and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store. The role requires flexibility, as you may work in multiple areas of the store, including cashiering, stocking, and general store support, stocking, and general store support, to maintain overall store efficiency.
