About the Role
Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to provide excellent service to members and support front-end store operations. This role is essential for maintaining a welcoming, organized, and efficient shopping environment for our members.
What You Will Do
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for many members. Your primary focus will be on greeting members, assisting with purchases, and handling returns and exchanges. You will operate cash registers, process payments, and check receipts at the exit to ensure store security and policy compliance.
Beyond transactional duties, you will assist members with membership questions, sign-ups, and renewals. You will also help answer general store questions and maintain a clean, organized front-end area. Success in this role requires following Costco’s customer service procedures and cash handling policies with precision and care.
