Costco is currently seeking dedicated Customer Service Associates to join the team. In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting members with their purchases, managing returns, and ensuring the smooth operation of front-end store activities. Key Responsibilities

Associates are expected to provide excellent service and adhere to Costco’s customer service procedures and cash handling policies. Core duties include:

• Greeting members and assisting them with general store questions.

• Operating cash registers and processing payments efficiently.

• Handling returns, exchanges, and checking receipts at the exit.

• Assisting customers with membership-related inquiries, including sign-ups and renewals.

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front-end area.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: Typically ranges from $17 to $22 per hour.
