Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to serve as the primary point of contact for our members. Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will engage directly with members to assist with purchases, returns, and exchanges. Your day will involve operating cash registers, processing payments, and checking receipts at the exit door. You will also be the go-to resource for membership questions, assisting with sign-ups and renewals, and providing general information about the store. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front-end area is a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that the environment reflects Costco's commitment to quality and efficiency.
