Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the store running smoothly. Your day may include operating the cash register, scanning items quickly and accurately, and handling cash and card transactions. You will also assist customers with questions and provide excellent service.

In addition to customer-facing duties, you will play a key role in inventory management. This involves stocking shelves, rotating inventory, unloading deliveries, and organizing merchandise. You may be required to unload pallets and operate pallet jacks to ensure products are available for shoppers. Maintaining store presentation standards is also a priority, so you will help keep the store clean and organized.
