Customer Service Associates/Cashier

About the Role

Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to serve as the primary point of contact for our members. This role is essential to maintaining the high standard of service and operational efficiency that defines the Costco experience. Associates are responsible for managing front-end store operations, ensuring that every interaction with a member is positive, efficient, and helpful.

Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will greet members warmly and assist them with a variety of needs, including processing purchases, handling returns and exchanges, and checking receipts at the exit. You will operate cash registers, process payments accurately, and assist customers with membership questions, sign-ups, and renewals. Additionally, you will help members with general store questions and ensure that the front-end area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
