Customer Service Associates/Cashier

About the Role

Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to serve as the welcoming face of our warehouse. In this role, you will assist members with their purchases, returns, and front-end store operations, ensuring a positive and efficient shopping experience. You will be responsible for greeting members, operating cash registers, processing payments, and assisting with returns and exchanges. Additionally, you will check receipts at the exit, answer membership questions, and help members with general store inquiries. This position is essential for maintaining the high standards of customer service and organization that Costco is known for.
