Customer Service Associates/Cashier

About the Role

Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to serve as the welcoming face of our warehouse. This role is essential to our mission of providing excellent service to our members, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter the store. Associates are responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient front-end environment while assisting members with their purchases, returns, and general inquiries.

Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will greet members warmly and assist them with various front-end operations. Your day will involve operating cash registers, processing payments, and handling returns and exchanges with care and efficiency. You will also check receipts at the exit door to ensure policy compliance and assist customers with membership questions, sign-ups, and renewals. Additionally, you will help members with general store questions and maintain the organization and cleanliness of the front-end area.
