About the Role
Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to assist members with purchases, returns, and front-end store operations. This position is central to the member experience, focusing on providing excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and organized front-end area. Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for many members. Your day involves greeting members, operating cash registers, and processing payments, and assisting with returns and exchanges. You will also check receipts at the exit, answer membership questions, and help with membership sign-ups and renewals. Additionally, you will assist members with general store questions and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front-end area.
