ALDI is seeking Customer Service Associates to support daily store operations in a fast-paced grocery store environment. Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will wear many hats throughout your shift. You will operate the cash register, scanning items quickly and accurately while handling cash and card transactions. Beyond the register, you will assist customers with questions and provide excellent service. Your responsibilities also extend to the sales floor, where you will stock shelves, rotate inventory, and organize merchandise to maintain store presentation standards. You may also be involved in unloading deliveries, operating pallet jacks, and cleaning store areas. The ability to work efficiently across multiple areas—including cashiering, stocking, and general store support—is essential to keeping the store running smoothly.

Compensation and Benefits
