About the Role

Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to serve as the primary point of contact for our members. Associates are responsible for managing front-end store operations, ensuring that members have a seamless and positive shopping journey from entry to exit.

Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will engage directly with members to assist with purchases, returns, and exchanges. Your day involves operating cash registers, processing payments, and checking receipts at the exit door. You will also be the go-to resource for membership questions, assisting with sign-ups and renewals, and providing general information about the store. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front-end area is a key part of your daily responsibilities.
