ALDI is seeking Customer Service Associates to support daily store operations in a fast-paced grocery store environment. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic settings and are willing to work across multiple areas of the store, including cashiering, stocking, and general store support. Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the store running smoothly. Your day may involve operating the cash register, scanning items quickly and accurately, and handling cash and card transactions. You will also assist customers with questions and provide excellent service.

In addition to customer-facing duties, you will play a key role in inventory management. This includes stocking shelves, rotating inventory, unloading deliveries, and organizing merchandise. You may be required to unload pallets and operate pallet jacks. Maintaining a clean and organized store environment is also a critical part of the role, as you will help maintain store presentation standards and clean store areas as needed.
