About the Role

Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to serve as the primary point of contact for our members. Associates play a critical role in front-end store operations, from greeting members to processing transactions and handling returns.

Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while managing various front-end duties. Your day will involve greeting members, operating cash registers, and processing payments accurately. You will assist customers with returns and exchanges, check receipts at the exit, and answer general questions about the store and its products.

A significant part of this role involves membership services. You will assist members with membership questions, sign-ups, and renewals. Additionally, you will help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-end area, following all Costco customer service procedures and cash handling policies.
