Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will wear many hats throughout your shift. You will be responsible for operating the cash register, scanning items quickly and accurately, and handling cash and card transactions with precision. Beyond the register, you will assist customers with questions and provide excellent service. Your responsibilities also extend to the sales floor, where you will stock shelves, rotate inventory, and organize merchandise to maintain store presentation standards. You may also be involved in unloading deliveries, operating pallet jacks, and cleaning store areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for shoppers.
