About the Role

ALDI is seeking Customer Service Associates to support daily store operations in a fast-paced grocery store environment. Associates play a vital part in maintaining the store's presentation and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will wear many hats throughout your shift. You will operate the cash register, assisting customers with their purchases and handling transactions accurately. Beyond the register, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, unloading deliveries, and organizing merchandise to keep the store well-stocked and visually appealing. You may also assist with cleaning store areas and helping maintain ALDI's efficiency standards. The role requires flexibility, as you may work in multiple areas of the store, including cashiering, stocking, and general store support, during a single shift.
