About the Role
ALDI is seeking Customer Service Associates to support-oriented Customer Service Associates to drive daily store operations in a fast-paced grocery environment. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic setting and are eager to contribute to the efficiency and presentation of the store.
Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Associate, you will wear many hats throughout your shift. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating the cash register, and handling transactions, stocking shelves, and rotating inventory, unloading deliveries, and pallets, and maintaining high standards of store cleanliness and presentation. You may rotate between cashiering, stocking, and general store support areas, and other operational tasks as needed to keep the store running smoothly.
