ALDI is seeking Customer Service Associates to support daily store operations in a fast-paced grocery store environment. Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will wear many hats throughout your shift. You will be responsible for operating the cash register, scanning items quickly and accurately, and handling cash and card transactions with precision. Beyond the register, you will assist customers with questions and provide excellent service.

Your responsibilities also extend to the sales floor and backroom. You will stock shelves, rotate inventory, and organize merchandise to maintain store presentation standards. This may include unloading deliveries, moving pallets, and operating pallet jacks. You will also be involved in cleaning store areas to ensure a safe and inviting environment for shoppers.

Versatility is key in this role. Employees are expected to work efficiently in multiple areas of the store, including cashiering, stocking, and general store support, as needed. You will follow company procedures and assist in maintaining ALDI's reputation for efficiency and quality.

Compensation and Benefits
