Customer Service Associates/Cashier

About the Role

Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in the front-end store operations, ensuring that every member receives the high-quality service Costco is known for. You will be the first point of contact for our members, assisting them with purchases, returns, and general inquiries, and membership services.

What You Will Do

As a Customer Service Associate, your primary focus is providing excellent customer service while maintaining an organized and clean front-end area. You will greet members, operate cash registers, and process payments efficiently. Additionally, you will assist customers with returns and exchanges, check receipts at the exit, and help members with membership questions, sign-ups, and renewals. Your ability to follow Costco's customer service procedures and cash handling policies will be essential in creating a positive experience for every shopper.
