About the Role
ALDI is seeking Customer Service Associates to support-oriented Customer Service Associates to drive daily store operations in a fast-paced grocery environment. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic setting and are eager to contribute to the efficiency and presentation of the store.
Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Associate, you will wear many hats throughout your shift. You will operate the cash register, ensuring quick and accurate scanning of items while handling cash and card transactions with care. You will assist customers with questions and provide a welcoming experience.
Beyond the register, you will play a key role in maintaining store standards. This includes stocking shelves, rotating inventory, unloading deliveries, and pallets, and operating pallet jacks. You will also be responsible for cleaning store areas and helping maintain overall store presentation. Flexibility is key, as you may move between cashiering, stocking, and general store support as needed.
