What You Will Do
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for greeting members, operating cash registers, and processing payments. Your duties include assisting customers with returns and exchanges, checking receipts at the exit, and helping members with general store questions. You will also play a key role in membership services by assisting with sign-ups and renewals. Maintaining a clean and organized front-end area is essential to providing a positive shopping environment.
