About the Role

Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to serve as the primary point of contact for our members. This role is essential to maintaining the high standard of service and efficiency that defines the Costco shopping experience. Associates are responsible for managing front-end store operations, ensuring that members have a seamless and positive interaction from the moment they enter the store.

Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily flow of the warehouse. Your day will involve greeting members warmly and assisting them with their purchases, returns, and exchanges. You will operate cash registers and process payments accurately while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Additionally, you will check receipts at the exit door to ensure compliance with store policies.

Beyond transactional duties, you will be a resource for our members. This includes answering general store questions, assisting with membership inquiries, and helping with membership sign-ups and renewals. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front-end area, adhering strictly to Costco’s customer service procedures and cash handling policies.
