Costco - Customer Service Associates/Cashier

About the Role

Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to join our team and assist members with their shopping needs. This role is central to the front-end store operations, ensuring that every member receives excellent customer service from the moment they enter the store.

What You Will Do

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for greeting members, operating cash registers, and processing payments efficiently. You will assist customers with returns and exchanges, check receipts at the exit, and help members with membership questions, sign-ups, and renewals. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized front-end area, following Costco's customer service procedures and cash handling policies.
