Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will wear many hats throughout your shift. You will be responsible for operating the cash register, ensuring accurate and quick transactions, assisting customers with questions, and maintaining store presentation standards, and keeping the store clean and organized. Your day may involve unloading deliveries, organizing merchandise, rotating inventory, and operating equipment such as pallet jacks to support stock levels. You will work efficiently across multiple areas of the store, including cashiering, stocking, and general store support, stocking, and general store support, adapting to the needs of the business as they arise.
