About the Role

ALDI is seeking Customer Service Associates to support daily store operations in a fast-paced grocery store environment. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic settings and are willing to work across multiple areas of the store, including cashiering, stocking, and general store support. The position offers opportunities for overtime pay, holiday pay, and performance-based wage increases, with some locations offering shift differential pay for early morning stocking shifts.

Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining ALDI's efficiency and presentation standards. Your day may involve operating the cash register, scanning items quickly and accurately, and handling cash and card transactions. You will also assist customers with questions and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Beyond the register, you will play a key role in inventory management. This includes stocking shelves, rotating inventory, unloading deliveries, and organizing merchandise. You may be required to unload pallets and operate pallet jacks to keep the store well-stocked. Additionally, you will help maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards by cleaning store areas as needed.
